For the price that was paid, it was a decent haircut. Lee was lovely and she was really friendly. The reason I gave 4* was because it had no wow factor. By paying a little extra for an alternative salon you do get the little extra details such as scalp massage, conditioner, offer on type of finish for blow dry (slightly disappointed none of these were actually included). It was good, however would rather pay a little more for those extra touches.

it was great almost until the end. As my hair looked a bit frizzy after drying it straight, I asked the hairdresser to retouch it with a straightener iron. She told me that she didn't have one and it was too late already to do that. I ended up washing my hair again at home to fix them by myself

the facial itself was good, my skin looks much clearer but it wasn't very relaxing, the room is right near where clients get their hair washed and the hairdresser spoke quite loudly, also you could hear the music/chat/hairdryer from the salon area.
