Overall the experience was good.
Couple of points: upon arrival no one asked why am I there and there were no spaces to sit down and wait so felt awkward just hanging around until someone acknowledged me.
The lady who did my eyelashes and eyebrows was lovely, she had music on as well to relax me, however she didn’t explain anything she was doing and given the nature of the treatment that would have been more comforting. But overall happy with results.
