Marina was lovely, very chatty & made me feel comfortable. However, the wax was not great at all. She struggled to get the wax off which meant she had to pull at my skin over and over. It took a long time compared to a lot of other places I’ve been to. She cleaned up with strip wax which I agreed to admittedly, but regretfully now the hair is growing back patchy.
