I called Anna for a really last minute appointment (about 20 minutes before closing) desperate for her to squeeze my son (5) in. Luckily, she agreed and gave my son another wonderful cut, in record time! This is the second time he’s had his hair cut by Anna and they’ve both been the best cuts he’s ever had. I asked my son how many stars he would give and he said “one trillion, billion and 98”, one very happy customer.

I was excited to come here because I’d read good reviews and I enjoyed the experience, but I ultimately wasn’t happy with my hair when I left. I didn’t feel listened to as I had requested blonde highlights so that my hair was a consistent colour throughout and my roots ended up being a dark brassy tone that contrasted with my lengths. I am struggling to fix this and given the price I paid for it I wasn’t thrilled. :(
