I'm so impressed by overall quality of Artisa Spa.I've been to other highly rated venues on treatwell that let me down so my expectations were really low, but Artisa spa satisfied 100%. First of all, the place is CLEAN like in the adv pictures, which was very reassuring. Great customer care: the receptionist was polite and the beauty therapist Andreaa who did my wax was absolutely lovely and extremely respectful of my body and my requests. I'm so happy I have finally found my beauty spa!Thanks

They need to learn how to do extractions properly in this place. They leave marks and bruises on the face and then when you email them they don’t acknowledge the email.
