I've been having waxes for a long time and this is honestly the best waxing experience I have ever had. Andrea was quick, friendly and professional - no wax is pain-free but this was close. Really appreciated the spa smells and sounds too - so many places are silent with harsh clinical lighting, but this was an all-round lovely experience. I was in and out in 15 mins!

Artista Spa is a lovely venue with a relaxing atmosphere. My massage was much needed and Laura was really great at getting out the kinks and tightness with minimal discomfort
