I've been so impressed with Artisa the past couple of times I've visited after being a bit dubious about going to a local salon rather than somewhere bigger/more well-known in town. It's really low-key, friendly and the treatments have all been great. The set-up is quite simple and pared-back, but I'd always prefer to have a really good wax in a plain room rather than a bad wax in a fancy environment!
