This place is just such a great little oasis in leyton!! Incredible facilities and amazing staff. So friendly and so talented! I've had many massages at artisa and all of them have been great. Justina (hope I've spelt thay right) did my deep tissue and really paid proper attention to my knots and problem areas. 100% my fave place in London to get a massage (and I've been to the big mayfair spas!)

The lady who did my waxing was super nice. The whole atmosphere was really serene and calm. It was my first time ever being waxed. And I was quite disappointed. I wasn’t clean waxed even though it was a Hollywood. Got home and I had a burn mark on my vagina where the process had been repeated too much. Had some bleeding which she explained was due to the coarseness of my hair. A week later and I’ve got a lot of ingrown hairs. The woman was super sweet but I wouldn’t recommend. Especially not with sensitive skin/ thick hair/ for your first time
