I booked a first time visit to Artisa Spa for a treat and was very happy with my experience. I booked a deep tissue/Indian head massage combo (not something I often saw anywhere else) which, for a one-off I thought was a fair price.
James welcomed me at the desk when I arrived and he was very professional and amicable throughout - made me feel comfortable. He passed me onto my therapist Karen promptly and I went to receive my treatment. Karen was very conscious of my comfort and frequently checked I was managing okay. She was able to apply significant pressure, particularly as someone who has suffered 2 slipped discs who knows how much pressure is needed to relieve nerve-related tension! No time was spared, the treatment quality and the facilities on offer were among the best I've experienced. Highly recommended.
