Helena and my massage was fantastic. All staff were friendly and wearing masks and the space was clean as always. My only slight quibble was the change of treatment room which was smaller and had a wooden treatment table/massage bed, which was very creaky and ruined the relaxing atmosphere a bit (I'm used to the more spacious room and comfy metal-based massage bed). Apart from that: grand as usual, and looking forward to returning again after lockdown.

Amazing Hollywood wax. Always the best attention to detail and I never feel much pain. Technique always on point. So happy to get this before lockdown. Helena was so kind (as always) even when I was running late. Thankyou again!
