While Cindy was amazing (would give 5 stars), the salon itself was really disappointing. They have a sign on the door saying “for your safety and ours - mask required while on the premises”, yet none of the 3 staff members in the very small reception area wore one. A male who appeared to be an employee sat on the limited seating and used his phone while I sat on oversized footstool. Not sure I’ll go back after this. I wouldn’t recommend if you want to feel safe and socially distanced.

Helena was honestly wonderful. Really made me feel at ease (it was my first ever massage) and adjusted pressure as it was needed. Will be going again.

Amazing as always!! Helena was fantastic! She was as gentle as can be with waxing and made sure I was satisfied with the end result. I would highly recommend artisa spa, all staff members are very lovely and it’s so clean and sanitary and very relaxing from the waiting area at the front desk to the spa rooms!!
