The spa is great and the waxer was lovely but the wax itself was pretty poor. There was a lot of talcum powder used, I was asked to hold my skin (which I’ve never been asked to do before) and I was asked to check myself for hair at the end which again was quite unusual as usually the waxer can see. There was quite a lot of hair left and I didn’t feel comfortable raising at the time but it’s expensive for the result. Would probably try a different waxer next time looking at other reviews

Fantastic Hollywood wax, very thorough and carefully done, lovely professional spa rooms. Very clean.

She didn’t do a very good job. I still had a lot of short hairs after the wax which wasn’t great. Next time I will book someone else

Service was decent but think their massage service is much better than the waxing service so wouldn’t return for wax but would for other services
