Ermira gave me the most wonderful facial and neck and hand massage. She gave me great tips on skin care which I will definitely be using. I then totally switched off and walked out like I was in the clouds. Will definitely be booking again.

My lady who did facial was such a lovely person. However, the facial I received left me with scarring on my face. She spent most of her time on the extraction and was rushed at the end because she was overrunning. I only had less than a minute with the facemask on and she rushed to put some cream on at the end. I left the place looking like my face has been stung by bees. Again, she was a lovely warm person,but I have never left a facial looking like that. You're supposed to be glowing!
