I had the deluxe Dermalogica facial (normally £120) and was disappointed. It felt rushed, with no explanation of the products or process, and the environment wasn’t relaxing due to bright lights, background noise, and clattering. The therapist also didn’t ask about pressure preferences. I did enjoy the hand and neck massage and the products used, but overall it didn’t feel deluxe. With clearer communication, softer lighting, and a calmer atmosphere, this could be a much more premium experience.
