Unfortunately not the usual high standard. Had booked a full body massage but the therapist did not know what I had booked nor how long of a duration for. She unfortunately also didnt speak any English, so we had to communicate via translation app on her phone which took a long time and was disruptive/not relaxing.
A shame because usually Artemis is good!

I usually have great massages here. However this was distinctly average. I was not asked about my preferences or or at any time whether the pressure was okay. The massage was very light. The room was also very cold and not comfortable.

Facial was good, using dermolgica products. Treatment in good-sized, clean room. There were no blankets, just towels so felt a little chilly by the end. Cynthia was very thorough; she called me the day before to ask what I wanted from the treatment!
