Unfortunately this treatment wasn't for me. The pressure was much too firm, even after I requested a lighter touch, and I found some parts quite uncomfortable. The treatment felt rushed rather than relaxing, and the use of gloves detracted from the experience. I've had reflexology before and know how calming it can be, but sadly this session didn't meet my expectations.

Disappointing experience. First time visiting this salon. While the wax was efficient, customer service was certainly lacking. No real welcome, no instructions pre treatment, no warning of when wax was beginning & no mention at all of aftercare
