My hair is ruined I paid partially and left crying the first time with sore brittle nails as the nail tech was bad contacted by manager to fix my hair, second visit she literally rushed me pushing a toner which again made no difference soo waste of time and my nails were left the same no manager was there and it was a complete waste of money and time, I am literally never trusting them again my hair is broken even more and 4 different colours including orange: I wanted a dark root ash blonde.
Ladies' Full Head Colouring
Went in salon for a consultation on 09/04, the required stylist was not in so had an over phone consultation with receptionist and the stylist. I was quoted £85 for wash, blow dry and twist (no extensions). Booking site says Afro hair wash and blow dry from £45 - washed my hair prior so only need blowdry. Got to the salon, did my hair, went to pay and asked how much and was told £80. Salon advised the length of time it took is why the price is £80. Prices are clearly being made up.

Trinity was able to understand and achieve exactly what I wanted after many failed attempts at previous salons. She heard and definitely delivered and was able to offer some really great after care tips.
Not to forget how the curls lasted until wash day miraculously when my hair doesn’t even hold a curl for a few hours!
