Firstly, if I book with Chris 4 weeks in advance and get called up to change the time, I do expect to stay with the same stylist. If one stylist has done a client's hair for the past 5+ times, don't change that, made me feel uncomfortable as well. Sadly from there Tanya made assumptions and didn't bother asking any questions. The result was shocking, roots under lifted and rest of hair overtoned to grey. No apology either, I was made to feel like my opinion didn't matter.
