Extremely frustrating experience. I went in with quite long hair (which I like) said I wanted a short trim and to clean up the edges a bit, and even showed where I wanted it cut to, and the hair stylist disregarded what I asked for and cut off about 4 inches. I literally had to ask her to stop cutting. She kept saying it looked beautiful, and would grow out healthier. That might be the case, and it isn’t a bad haircut, but it isn’t what I wanted. Will not go back.

Worries unfounded…v good haircut. I am quite a nervous customer as I hate it when my long hair is cut too short. I was a bit worried about whether there might be a language barrier but in fact my concerns were well-understood and I’m actually really happy with the result. I will be back!
