I booked at short notice (ie the day before) a wash & cut appointment with Kelly (my usual hairdresser) and received confirmation of the booking. I then received a notification later in the day to say my appointment had been brought forward a fraction and with a different hairdresser - Leanne - which wasn't a problem - although I'd have preferred to have Kelly as I don't know Leanne. I arrived at the salon and Emma kindly came and told me that Leanne would be doing my hair (which I was already aware of) as Kelly wasn't in - and in fact I was very happy with Leanne's haircut. Full credit to the salon for finding another hairdresser to cut my hair so quickly especially as I'd only made the appointment the day before.

Anna's is now my regular hairdresser and haven't ever been disappointed! Fantastic value for cut and colour and always great attention to detail. Very happy with my hair - thoroughly recommend.
