I paid for a service that I could do it at home with the same result. The girl didn't even bothered to completly dry my hair and I had to let her notice, twice. There were still stains on the skin as normal when you choose a dark colour, she called another lady who came with an annoyed face handing me some cotton and the bottle of the stain remover. The girl just left the shop and went for her break and the other one disappeared on the back. 5 mins there and no even bothered to come and offer help or ask if everything was ok. No one cared. I will never come back!!!

I love coming to Anna's - it's a great local salon. The only thing that could be better is the hair washing section. The seats aren't hugely comfortable, and there is no cushioning around the sink which means I walk away with neck pain, unfortunately.
