I had a good visit. Staff weren't completely friendly. I received a good hair cut but the wash and blowdry after was a little rough.

Asked for bouncy curls as had a 21st, asked the day before called to confirm this. The curls was so tight not what I asked for or wanted. Had to go straight out and really didn't feel good. Had my hair done many of times and this was by far the worst I have ever had done
