I arrived a little early and was seen to straight away. My hairdresser was super attentive and listened to what I wanted, giving suggestions and tweaks when necessary to get a cut that suited my face as well as remove the dead bits! The salon was really bright and clean plus the owner had an adorable puppy wandering around which I was able to have a play with. Price was excellent and she even gave me a mini blow dry so she could see how my hair sat even though I was only charged wash and cut. Very happy with my haircut too.

I did not really feel I was listened to, and the cut was not really what I had explained. But I was too embarrassed to ask for a recut.
