Last minute booking, received a message saying they were running 5 mn late. Half an hour later I was out, relaxed and with a gorgeous blow dry. Would definitely recommend!

I've been going to Anna's for a couple of years now and never had any issues. My haircut and dye is always of a good standard, and it's good value for money. This was the first time I chose to pay directly rather than via Treatwell and unfortunately I was overcharged. I booked a roots dye but I think they misread it and gave me a full head dye (and the bill associated with it!). They never came back to me to explain this error, and I've been assured by Treatwell that the booking system was correct. In future I'll always pay via Treatwell.
