The balayage was absolutely terribly done - I provided photos of a natural look and explained that to the stylist, yet the whole bottom of my head was soaked in peroxide and I walked out of there with yellow hair and a stark line (no blending into my natural colour). Exceptionally disappointed and going to have to go and get it all chopped off somewhere to get rid of the mess that was made.

Salon was lovely, had a good atmosphere even though it was just opening for the day. June was very accomodating and pleasant, and overall I thought the treatment was good.
