Having started regular exercise after 20 years of not doing much, I booked in for a deep tissue massage to relieve some muscle stiffness. Had a very relaxing massage that eased my muscles.
The pregnancy massage was so relaxing and really helped ease my lower back while relaxing my mind. I loved that I could lie on my side for the massage - all other pregnancy massages I’ve seen/experienced have involved having to sit up the entire time and they’re no where near as relaxing. I will definitely be back again later in the pregnancy!
