I try to go here twice a month. The staff are all lovely and welcoming, and they listen to any of your areas of concern and tailor the procedure to suit, if required. It certainly makes a difference. The deep tissue can be quite fierce but they always check to see if you are ok and adapt the pressure/stretch as needed.
I 100% have less pain/aches and more flexibilty afterwards.
