My daughter does a lot of sport and usually has regular massages to help those muscles. She had a Thai oil massage at Arokaya and said it was the best massage that she has ever had. I also had one later today and it was brilliant. The amount of work on my shoulders and neck was intense an experience as I have ever had and they felt so light afterwards. We will be returning once we are back from holiday

I had a deep tissue sports massage to target a muscle strain caused during exercise - and it’s not the first injury or visit- and these masseurs know what they’re doing. It’s a whole different experience to a relaxing salon massage (though they do those too) and I feel an instant benefit. It’s my go-to place when I’ve overdone it in the gym, or stressed from working long hours. Excellent.
