The reception area absolutely stunk it didn’t set a nice environment for getting a relaxing massage. Staff were very friendly and attenative. Bathroom was so dirty made me feel uncomfortable. Masseus was lovely but wasn’t very good just very fast pace and not actually massaging. I was very disappointed

Very difficult to leave a review around cleanliness and ambiance when you are shown into a dimly lit room so small that you have to shuffle sideways down the side of the treatment to be able to shut the door behind you. Getting changed is challenging
