Be prepared to be stretched properly.
Can be slightly uncomfortable- in a good way. The therapists work on areas of concern.

Thai massage was really good - the masseuse was from Thailand originally so I trusted she had the right knowledge to undertake a good quality treatment. The rooms are basic but the treatments are good so it doesn't matter in essence, although wouldn't go a miss to spruce them up. I left feeling much less tense.
