I was met with a warm welcome, despite the fact I was running a bit late, and I felt calmer straight away!
My therapist asked about my areas of pain and made sure to regularly check the pressure and whether I was comfortable. She identified knots and pain that I didn't mention, and used a combination of oil massage and stretching to alleviate it.
My only (small) complaint would be that the room wasn't very sound proof, so I could hear other staff. That said, it wasn't meant to be a 'relaxing' massage, so it didn't really matter!
