I booked the woman’s gift package for myself as I’d just come back from a holiday that involved a lot of walking and everything hurt! It was well worth the money and I came out 90 minutes later feeling much looser. So many knots I didn’t even know I had! The atmosphere was very relaxing and I loved the traditional style of the treatment rooms. My therapist was very attentive in that she knew where to apply more pressure and I felt very comfortable letting her know if I felt any pain (very important!). Definitely going back again.
