I went here to get highlights and the lady who where very pleasent completely ruined my hair. The highlights I had before at another shop where nice and toned in, however the left it on the root for so long my roots where bleach blonder and the rest of my hair was an orange yellow colour with green tinges. I didn’t even get to say anything about my hair as the lady ‘rough dried’ it, basically leaving it wet and dripping until I got home and had to dry it myself. My hair couldn’t stay how it was so I had to dye it dark brown with box dye. Awful experience.
