I went in to get a pretty silver balayage done, my hair was a mid toned auburny colour so the lady mentioned that i might not be able to get it quite as light as i wanted. i was ok with that but i was a bit taken aback when the final result looked more like I had let a bleach job go brassy with 4 month old roots. im really upset with the result even though the hair dresser was lovely, im not sure she quite understood what a balayage or a silver tone was...

The ladies were really lovely and even though they were running a bit late for my appointment, apologised and kept informing me how long it would take. I got balayage, a haircut and blow wave for a good price. Would highly recommend this hair salon.
