I was here by 16 april. I asked for an ombre from ash-blonde to light purple. The red-haired hairdresser oxygenated my hair twice to form the base of the ombre. The result was anything but smooth. Since the color was still yellow she applied a purple shampoo . Disaster. My hair was green and was ruined by bleaching. I asked to dye my hair in dark copper to cover the horror. The whole procedure took 4 hours, I arrived late for work. At the end I asked for a refund (I paid in advance by card to have an ombre, not a single ruined colour) but the other hairdresser said to leave my number so the manager would contact me and 4 days have passed. Since then my hair have been faded to the green colour. I have proofs as well of all the color procedure on my phone. I would like the manager to contact me on the number the colleague supposably left.

Even though they were running a bit late, I was satisfied with the overall experience, and my hairdresser gave me a good and careful trim.

Get exactly what i wanted thanks to a haidresser very attentive to details and listening, also have been serve a good and warm coffee. Shampoo was not the best, easy to improve this guys :) i definitely recommend and will come back
