It was just ok. 2 weeks later and you can’t really tell that my hair has been highlighted. She did use thinning scissors when I asked her though, so that was good (a lot of hairdressers won’t but I have so much hair it’s a necessity!) Great to finally get my lockdown mane tamed.

I had a really great experience. Emma was really nice and friendly. She listened to everything I said and made sure she understood what I wanted. I changed my long hair to shoulders length so I was quite scared about this, but Emma checked different lengths to make sure I like it. Great results. I love my new hair cut!
