The overall experience is very impressive. Do a haircut in the foreign country can be very daunting as communication is always not easy. Bahar listened and not bothered with my over communication at all. She is very skilful and the staff is very friendly. I am very happy with my decision and will definitely come back again.

I've been here twice now and have been very pleased with my hair.. What I ask for is what I get which is a very pleasant surprise. I have curly dark hair so wanted it very layered at the top to enhance the curls with balyage Will definitey be back again

I went in for a Balayage, my hair originally was light red brown with light brown routs and I wanted to get rid of the the red and have it as brown/dark blonde balayage keeping the dark routes. The staff was very friendly but unfortunately the hair treatment and colouring was very bad. I ended up with 3 different shades of red, orange, blonde as well as my brown routs so it looks like something I couldve done myself at home. My ends were bleached and starting curling from breakage the amount they burnt, the roots have a very massive contrast to the orange, as well as the colouring being uneven so the orange looks like stairs just under my root with lots of red still there which I wanted to remove. Obviously the ends were the only part that came out blonde as they lighten up quicker but also were completely broken. Not happy paying nearly £100 for something that I couldve done myself as well as it causing my ends to look like someone burnt them.
