Was expected to leave the salon with lighter hair but I’m bleached still with brown hair. It’s not bad but not exactly what I wanted

It's an okay place for the price but the dry haircut was quite bad. The haircut was not at a professional level and done really quickly. it's worth to go another salon and pay 10 pounds more to my opinion.
