Starting with the positives: + The treatment room was very clean and quiet, even though the salon was pretty busy. + Arletta was super personable and friendly throughout However, the treatment itself was one of the most painful waxing experiences I have ever had, and was not as thorough as i would have expected, despite taking longer than I would have expected. The therapist used strip wax only and was quite heavy handed, actually leaving some localised bruising (+ several stray hairs)
