I really like Arletta and she definitely knows what she is doing. I always come out with fab eyebrows after my tint and wax! She's very friendly and efficient. I have only marked areas down as the place looks slightly run down and my appointment was delayed by 10 minutes (and I was in a rush at the time!). However I have heard that it is getting a refurb. Also the staff in there are very pleasant.
