I was sceptical about massages before having one done by Arlene as I had only had one done before and found it dissatisfying. She is very professional, personable and knowledgable about her practice and put me at ease straight away with her friendly nature. I had the most wonderful massage that I didn't want to end! Her reflexology is also a very relaxing experience. She is meticulous and puts effort into personalising her therapies just for you. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a high quality and personalised massage!
I was looking for a last minute massage nearby and Arlene holistics came up with good reviews. I was happy to find out that I completely agree with all these previous positive reviews. I loved that Arlene took the time to initially find out what I wanted from the massage ensuring it was tailored to my needs. The overall massage was fantastic and even exceeded my expectations. I came out from the experience feeling extremely relaxed and refreshed which is really what you want from a good massage. Would thoroughly recommend a treatment here and will be back again myself.
