After a great first visit, I booked in again. Without being told there was any delay, I waited for 30 mins only to be told I would need to wait another hour before being seen! Even after I told her I had travelled over an hour to see her, this was my only option or to reschedule. I chose to cancel, she said I would be refunded, I am waiting to see if that happens! More importantly, she was only wearing a visor, while the other two customers wore nothing, bad customer service and illegal...AVOID!

Great hair cut (I have natural mixed curly hair). This was my second visit. Abby is very friendly. Got my hair cut whilst visiting London and will continue coming here. Also like the new place :)

Great first experience here. Abby was really friendly, gave me exactly what I wanted in a hair cut and there's a lovely relaxed and welcoming atmosphere
