I did not have the RF Facial as after I had arrived for the appointment, they told me the machine was not working. Given that they had known about this before my appointment I would have expected them to contact me to discuss. Very poor. I doubt I will use them again as I can not rely on them to inform me of treatments available. I did receive another type of facial but it is not what I wanted, but was gracious about it.
