It was very painful. I have had a Hollywood before and it was nowhere as near painful. The wax was too hot and I told her this at the start and she said she couldn’t turn it down because the wax would harden but it was very very painfully hot. She told me to stop sweating because the wax wouldn’t stick which is very hard to control. I didn’t feel comfortable at all. There were hairs left at the end. And then the door was half open when a customer walked past! Not impressed

Wonderful massage, there was a stain on the towel and they had put down disposal towels to lie on instead. No fault to the treatment but lacking cleanliness
