Avoid Zheni!! My first and last time service at this salon. My root hair remains gray and not covered properly. I asked her to fix it and she gave me another appointment for the next day. When I have attended she refused to fix it with no reason. She was very rude and aggressive. She is working by herself and she could not manage the time and service. She does not understand customer right. I complained to treatwell customer and sent my hair’s pictures. Luckily Treatwell acknowledged her mistake
