Looks very nice from the outside and so I called and booked in advance for the next evening. I turned up and the salon was closed (6pm). If you want to risk is then call up rather than booking online because you have to put your credit card details in and I’m not sure what happens to your money if you show up and they are closed. I have heard this isn’t the first time this has happened. There is an amazing alternative almost nextdoor.
Gresa is fantastic! She has given me the best manicure I’ve ever received. I’m very picky with my nails, I like them done a certain way and she listened and understood exactly what I was looking for. Her manicures are also so long-lasting. I went 5 weeks with my last one, and could have gone longer potentially (I usually used to go every 3 weeks at my other place as the nail would start to lift over time). She is meticulous and careful and I’m so glad I found her!
Note that I ended up having the machine sculpting session as the Bamboo massage specialist was off sick. Ariana was incredibly welcoming and I appreciate the option to change treatment (to a more expensive one) at no extra cost on arrival. The treatment was well explained to me as we went through it.
