Stood waiting until I asked if I could have a chair to wait. It was me and one other customer, so the customer service was really lacking. From the outside this place looks lovely but inside it needs some love - nail dust everywhere. Atmosphere was nonexistent, some music on a phone put on after a while, before that it was just me and the technician sat in silence. Drip marks left on nail.
