Oi is genuinely brilliant. I'm in London on a work trip and I came in completely knotted up after a long, stressful stretch – basically a brick with a pulse – and she took it on as a challenge rather than a lost cause. The work she did was thorough, intuitive and exactly what my body needed. I walked out feeling like I'd been handed a whole new body. Cannot recommend her highly enough.
