Everything leading upto the haircut was fine. The floor seemed a little dirty despite being the first customer of the day. The hair wash and massage chair was nice. I did not get a cape as they were still at the laundrette..? The haircut was disappointing, there was no time taken to make sure all the hair was cut at the correct length and cut in a flow. I always ask for the same thing everytime I get my hair cut and she took off way too much from the front of my face despite not asking for it.
