I was advised on how long the appointment would take and what products would be used on my hair. I had a patch test prior to hair colouring.
On arrival I was welcomed to my chair and offered a drink.
The colouring did not take long. Afterwards, I was sat on a massage chair while my hair was being washed and afterwards a bonding conditioner was applied onto my hair.
It was a great bonus to the whole experience!

Had a wonderful neck and shoulder massage today. The therapist made me feel completely at ease and worked out all the tension—feeling so much better now. Truly a relaxing experience!

I wanted to find something local to me and I was feeling nervous with winter legs and underarms length hair! but everything went smoothly and I was treated very kindly. I will definitely be back to get my hair done.

They were absolutely amazing! I'd give them more stars if I could. I went for root decolouration, balayage, base colour, haircut and blow-dry. From the day before, they messaged me to ask for details and photos of what I wanted, and we thoroughly discussed colours, techniques and shapes. This is the first time in London I've received such personalised treatment! The ladies were lovely helpful and kind, taking over five hours to complete the work I needed. I honestly couldn't be happier ♥️
