It was a very nice place but it was a gentle massage and she didn’t adjust to my specific requests, which left me feeling a little disappointed as it is quite expensive.

Alessia is by far the best nail technician I have ever had in London. She has the highest standards and is a true professional. I have followed her from her last studio. I am so happy that she now owns her own studio with a partner who is equally as professional. Once you have treatments done by Alessia or Kristalea you won’t want to go to anywhere else.
